CBAL celebrates International Learner's Week with the Learning for Life event that brings literacy       practitioners together for a day of learning and discovery.  

Reach a Reader

Interested in making a difference in your community?  CBAL, Black Press and credit unions the annual Reach a Reader campaign (RAR) in October. Events take place in the communities across the region. All funds raised, from the sale of newspapers, provide much needed support for local community programs.
