Family and Children's Literacy Programs
One to One Children’s Reading Program pairs trained volunteers with children who need more practice with their reading. The focus of this program is to increase the children’s reading skills and confidence.
Digital Literacy for Parents and Teens explores the complexities of the media culture in which we find we find ourselves surrounded by.
English as a Second Language (ESL) Family Time is a fun family drop-in program that supports language development and parenting skills for parents or caregivers and their children.
Making Connections is a program for parents to support their children’s (8 – 12 years old) learning and/or school career. Parents participate in facilitated discussion and learn new skills.
Parents Reading Kids Succeeding shares ideas and activities with parents that will help them to support the early learning and emerging literacy skills of their preschool children.
